In the past 12 months, the Isle of Man has fought a furious battle on several fronts to prove to the world that it is a clean place to do business. After long hours spent in negotiation with the worlds largest financial regulatory authorities, there are signs that the battle is being won. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development is expected to remove the island from its blacklist early next year.
